the major sponsors should start charging everyone in EUR at the same amount. Then most other sponsors will follow.

i don't think this will cause a huge raise in cb's and sales should not drop more than whats gained.

Considering the amount of USD$ stores the central banks have, dumping them onto the market without enough demand would drop the price of their assets even more because they would essentially be moving the market down.
