You don't impeach an official because you dislike their policies, for that you just vote them out of office.

Impeachment is reserved for CRIMES --obstruction of justice, perjury, subornation of perjury, lying to a grand jury, etc..

Cheney has committed no crimes. Trying to protect your country from the threat of a rogue nation is not a crime.

What year would you like the to start the list of his offenses?? Tho they started before the current fiasco.
