    These are the best drinks out there.



    I no longer drink sodas, or any other high calorie drink, and I was a serious "coke addict."

    I drink a ton of water, and I allow myself 2-3 of these a day max. They are roughly 20 calories per serving, but figure out to about 38 calories a bottle.

    My favorite flavor is the pink grapefruit, you can find them at Sam's for $5.39 per 12 pack.

    These have seriously been a life saver. And by that I mean I was a complete coke junkie. I would drink up to 12 cokes a day, finally moved onto diet, but it was still bad for me.

    These drinks allow me to feel like I'm having something a bit sinful, while staying within caloric boundaries throughout the day. They sort of keep me sane and keep me from jonesing for the good stuff...lol.

      I like the crystal geyser juice things. They are fizzy and are just sparkling fruit water. Even though Costco sells them in a variety pack, I hate the damn key lime so that kills the value. I also like grapefruit the best, though wildberry is also tasty.

          If they are "fizzy" I can't have them. One reason I can't drink even diet sodas now, because of the carbonation. The gas can fill up my pouch and stretch it, thus defeating the purpose of the operation.

          I'm always looking for good soda replacements.

                  LOL basically. But for some reason anytime I add like lemon to my water here at home, before the week is up, I end up with some kind of canker sore, too much acid I guess.

                  They are 17% juice, kind of like any other flavored water. The only problem is those can have too many calories to drink in order to hydrate.

                  These on the other hand, with only about 38 calories per bottle, aren't too bad. But I still only drink 3 max per day. Most days it's only 2.
