DESIGNER for cheapest and lowest price

I'm surprised no one has responded yet. You make the position sound so appealing.

I need someone to keep my house cleaned for $2 a day, but then I don't live in Guatemala and you get what you pay for. You can either have someone "cheap and low wage" or you can get "high quality". Don't expect someone who has experience and does good stuff to work for that kind of price, the cheapest I've seen for a decent designer is $150 per design. You have to spend money to make money

that is true though some people who are looking for low wages are hard workers and do the work they work for low prices so they can get a good name so they can then find better paying jobs just bec someone is not charging a arm n a leg does not mean they are crappy it works both ways sir

I never said people who are good charge an arm and a leg, but from my experiences, the only people who work for that low of wages are people who, as you put it are looking for a name, meaning that they're most likely new. When I was starting out I took cheap jobs that I couldn't afford to take now that I've had as much experience as I have, but then my skills back then were horrible. If someone is working for low wages, they most likely don't have the experience, that's what I'm saying.

ive been working in the business for around a year and a half ive done designs for all types of sites from mainstream to adult to gambling sites what im trying to say is just because there working cheap does not mean they are new but yes i understand that some people who charge low are not that good and are trying to put together a portfolio but some people also charge low and im assuming this guy is from the Philippines and a 150 dollars a week is ok money over here and im sure his working for allot more then just one person because i know my self creating a site or doing gallery design or submissions does not take up the whole day he is probably doing a couple of jobs and working extra hard just so he can make some decent income, i know alot of designers from the Philippines who are charging cheap and have a good reputation and are doing fairly well because alot of people from these types of country's show alot more respect for the amount of money they earn then some of the other country's where people are making alot more then 150 dollars a week just my

i also know several people who charge higher prices and do exactly the same type of work and they charge more because they think that if they charge more people are going to think they do better work basically it all just depends on the designer you can be lucky and find some good cheap workers and you could find some cheap workers who are not good anyways sorry for hijacking this thread goodluck with your job seeking!

Your right polphill!!! 150 dollars a week is good salary here in Philippines.. I've been two years in design but i only offer 150 usd per week.. what I'm trying to say not all designer offers low price new in thier job.. peace!!!
