[BIZ THREAD] How to Charge Customer's Phone Bill? Who Provides This Service?

How (or should I say, what service do I use) do I bill someone's land line phone bill for an order and will it work with a tangible (shipped) product? Preferably something that doesn't involve calling a 900/976 number. What about charge back risks? Mobile phones work too?

I don't think that mobile phones are working for this... yet... I wish that they were, it would be so nice on paysites to have an option for them to join by just texting a code to a number and billing their cell phone bill. Who knows what the chargeback ratio would be, but I bet people would be fast to sign up that way.

Whats with the red? I can barely read that...

Germany and some European countries have billing options as such. Not sure about North America.
