This site is very easy to run and maintain you basically don?t really have to do a thing if you don?t want to. I barely put in any time per week on this site. A lot of the times I don?t even look at the site.

Layer Ads is another sponsor that I use which is a floating advertisement box which is currently only displayed for foreign traffic you can have it display for usa traffic which would increase the earnings by a lot but I have chosen not to show on usa traffic. Layer ads pays once a week via paypal. Etology is another advertiser that I use which I make at least $200 a month on. You can also try more advertisers and put up more banners and maybe sell direct ads on the site which would increase the revenue as I currently only use 3 advertisers.
