No way in hell would that fly in Texas. I'll work with security agencies - I've spoken to Scotland Yard before - but I'm going to know exactly what the hell is going on with my property, and noone is going to tell me I HAVE to do it.
But then, I guess that's how the USA became the USA - by saying "fuck the British government." (Followed by installing a more intrusive government 232 years later.)
