    No matter which direction I surf youtube.....

    It is only a matter of clicks before I'm back into videos that everyone has already seen
    with millions of views.

    That probably was cool the first day I surfed youtube but it's boring now to always
    end up in those same "popular" videos.

    That probably explains why so many videos have 0 views; there is no way to
    get to the video except luck in search results after 10 pages of it.

      I used to like finding hidden gems on Youtube with hardly any views.

      But yeah that seems a thing of the past now...

                  I've noticed this also. You obviously won't get stuff with low views being promoted that wouldn't make much sense.
                  You can change your settings to show newly posted videos first in search but that's about it.

                  Youtube sucks for browsing. You really have to be subscribed to channels and have friends who favorite or post videos.

                  Or you have to know what you're looking for.

                  But there is sites that are like Youtube "Best Of" that are fun to browse.

                      I am really not a youtube surfer but this thread made me go and take a look for something like newest uploads which I didn't find.

                      I used booty as my search term and thought okay just go the last page. The last page is really just the first comment to a submission.

                      Not being able to find the post with low views seems to be a huge failure in their system doesn't it.

                                      I hear ya. I'm still trying to fig out if anyone from the US has managed to get any music vids or just music mp3s (songs) up.

                                      Kinda sucks that it is based on country. Our (US) vids are always accepted but only viewable in few countries.

                                      Guess they have figured a way around copyright and we in the US where most all media is from, are the losers in that game.

                                      I guess you have to just keep trying stuff. Some rare stuff does get through thankfully.

                                      Proxie and a new acct? Maybe But I doubt it Google has us all by the balls with probably hidden files on our computers or some damn shit.
