The Star did an ok article on him. http://www.kansascity.com/2012/06/28...formation.html
Love this part:
Quote:
His website ignited a firestorm on the Internet when a recipient began a thread on a popular message board, Kansas City Social Resource, at kcsr.org.
The recipient posted copies of his letter and the envelope it came in, which originally had his mugshot next to the words: ?We know?? The envelope also shows the blabbermouth website?s name and a drawing of a man with a zipper for a mouth.
Members of the message board blasted the blabbermouth site and questioned if it amounted to blackmail or extortion. Some members then began posting Creed?s home address, which they found in a lawsuit Creed filed last year and which was listed on a Missouri courts website.
This angered him, Creed told The Star.
Creed called Erik Radzins, owner of the message board, and asked him to remove the entire thread, Radzins said. But Radzins refused, saying Creed?s information already was available publicly on other websites.
?I feel it?s everybody?s right to know his information if he?s going to publish this information for thousands of other people,? he said. ?It?s just the highest amount of hypocrisy.?

And This
Quote:
Also, the billboard and other ways, beyond his website, that he plans to publicize arrests only will kick in when a third party requests it, he said. That way it?s not him threatening to spill the beans, he said.
?It would be straight-up blackmail if I did that,? he said. ?And that is not what I?m trying to do.?
The kerfuffle over his website this week has prompted Creed to revamp his website.
He said he now plans to send second letters to people to retract the neighborhood notification option that was outlined in the first letter, ?because they (arrestees) may have felt threatened,? he said.
He also may focus the site solely on DUI offenders, he said.
Creed said he expected to receive some criticism for the website but was surprised by the immediacy and level of the backlash, which included threats and references to his family.
?There?s no reason to dig into family members,? he said. ?That?s where it crossed the line.?
