    Sites where i can find full time off-shore designer

    Please post links to sites where i can find someone offshore to work full time doing design production work.

    No need for original creative design. But i would like to find someone who knows enough about photoshop, html, css to be able to make any extra pages or updates i need from my existing designs/ PSD's.

                          I've also seen a company or two that does contracted, so many hours per week for $349 a month. Or you could get more hours, and shit if you wanted with other packages.

                          Of course it was some Hindi or something. But all depending on what you are looking for..
