Actually I do mean the healthy subs LOL, but I really (when I'm on it) try to shop at Ralph's (I know I'm bad ) and just buy salads and fruit and stuff (just as bad I know since on Bill Maher he told us they inject oranges now for the coloring and orangejuice is just colored sugar).

I think Micky salads are fine and you can find a lot of crap at Subway, but a lot less than the crap they don't need at all at McDonalds. Like wendy's use to mix fat in with their burger meat to make it swell, so think about that.

Ralph's is just a general supermarket but a franchise chain of course. Almost nothing gets away from the corporate franchise chain down here in America.
