My comments here have nothing to do with NastyDollars, I have always loved them and found them to be a great sponsor... but I just wanted to point out the point I've been making A LOT lately, customer support is SOOO important... by sending a simple email, or IM, and keeping in touch with your customers will not only prevent threads like this from popping up, but it will also help customers remain loyal and confident in you and your program... It's just a simple email, or IM, checking in with people and it pays off big time...
