Catching a cold is probably the most overrated health issue.
People with cold:
- My head is exploding bla bla bla
- My nose bla bla bla
- I can't go work/school today
Wait until you (or some relative) get a chronic disease like diabetes T1 and have to do a shitload of blood tests every day and get insulin every meal and as bonus have to deal with a severe hypoglycemia that makes you behave like a drunk or stoned junkie and can put you into coma, think about it.
