http://www.apple.com/itunes/podcasts/specs.html into a notepad edit it with your descriptions titles urls then save it as a misternogoodrss.php file (you have to change to all files in the notepad save dialog box or it will save as misternogoodrss.php.txt). upload it to your sever.
