2 yo lil boy found dead (died of thirst) next to his (passed away drug addicted) mom
she was known (ever since she was 16yo) to be addicted and yet child care didnt really care ... almost makes me cry to read about such ignorance
i am far from aggressive but on some occasions i feel the urge to smack someone
