This is gonna sound low to most of you, but the site does anywhere between 3 and 5k a day, but it is CLEAN targeted amateur traffic. It converts. I would only recommend posting to it if you have an amateur site...thats the only thing that will convert well there.

With this traffic you can expect a 1:250 ratio

3 to 5 is a good start.Better 3k of semi-good traffic , then 150k of bandwidth sucking free-loaders.
