Not new to pr0nz, newb to production. I purchased a Kino Flo Diva Lite 400.

It doesn't come with bulbs or a stand. Weighing in at 13 pounds its not light so my questions are the following:

What would you recommend for a stand? Is it to heavy for a C-Stand?

What temperature bulb would be best for indoor POV shooting?
