    Grandfather Ken Proctor died after allegedly being bashed by a stranger who wrongly accused him of breaching water restrictions as he watered his lawn.

    Police allege Todd Munter, 36, clashed with Mr Proctor after seeing him watering the front lawn of the 66-year-old's home on Formosa Street, in the Sydney suburb of Sylvania, at 5pm (AEDT) on Wednesday.

                  I wouldn't mind my kids' schools handing out condoms. I would like to think my son's personality will be birth control enough, but there are always girls out there who like boys who are mean to them and prefer their guitars.

                          Yeah that was on the news here last night. I think if kids are going to be screwing and they want to use protection then best it is made available to them.

                          As for the guy dying thats what can happen in any fight these days. All it takes is one well aimed punch or for soemone to fall and hit their head and all of a sudden your agression has cost you your freedom. Think twice psycho's!
