this is fucking crazy...yesterday it got to my attention that 2 of my ccbill checks have been stolen and cashed (both of them cashed in different places)....anyway i did some research today and got to a guy who is cashing checks and doing currency exchange for people he told me he got bunch of checks from this guy who he thinks got fucked by someone who is stealing checks from the post office...thats fucking crazy im getting to the bottom of this hopefully i wont get killed in the process...wish me luck

the guy sounds like a fukcing crook....he told me he will return me the money + the exchange rate difference (those checks were cashed like 9 months ago and the dollar took a major shit)
but the problem is a lot deeper then that... i need to change my po box and watch out for every single check.

I had this happen before. I got a PO box and it stopped. If that doesn't solve the problem your best bet might be to get a box in another city or something that way hopefully the mail won't be going through this guy.you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day..Comment

Shit, I've had that happen to me. Then the checks were cashed at Citibank.
The fucker just signed my name on the back, and the bank accepted them!
I had to get the issuing company to contact the bank and start the investigation.
I got all the $$ back, but it was a long process!
