im not an expert in this field but i doubt that sites that rely on SE traffic can be sold for 12 months revenue....

it is 72% SE traffic and a blog video site with about 900 pages ranking for over 200 long tail keywords so the SE traffic is stable not just relying on 1 good ranking.

Some pretty good stats, why would you be looking to sell the site if it could create stable income?

It could be based on a number of factors. I personally would never really consider paying 12 months revenue for a site unless it has stable income for quite some time, even then the chances would be minimal. Also with search engines changing around, who knows if the site would hold position(s) for the 12 months for them to get a ROI. Unless of course they optimized the site further to create a quicker ROI. Like I mentioned, there could be many different factors which play a role in asking price. Usually looking at maybe 5-6 months as a starting price. But really it's only worth what someone is willing to pay. Maybe providing some further details would allow for a better estimate (URL mainly). Good luck with your sale if that is what you decide to do.

I own 2 networks on 2 different dedicated servers about 40 sites that are similar and it is getting to be a lot to handle by my self thats why i have the interest in selling. Ok so 5 to 6 months revenue is a good starting point.

if you have 40 sites that are similar income wise then you're doing $100k per month... although i dont think that this is what you meant by saying "similar

OK then... whatever you say but really if anyone is really interested i have Google analytics stats for 1 year history along with Nats stats for referring URL and sales.
