As a payment processor he knows the Visa and MasterCard rules. Then when someone tells you that your company may be involved with the distribution of CP, and sends screengrabs showing the "12 year old" etc comment, you immediately close down the account for that website. Writing he didn't want to click on links or watch any videos is just an excuse for not wanting to do anything.
ANYBODY can click on any link to CP in order to check whether the file really is CP, and then report it to the FBI or police immediately. It's then obvious that you had to click on the link in order to be able to report it to the police. If you would click on it, and view it or download it and NOT report it to the police, you could get into huge trouble. How on earth can CP get reported to authorities if nobody would ever click on a link/open it etc?
