Amazing how many reps just read the first message of a thread. There's no such thing as context when you're spamming a program.
IMHO even if you have this sort of traffic, do the right thing and DON'T attempt to monetize it. I redirect skim traffic coming from any "questionable" sites to fbi.gov. I could probably make an extra few hundred bucks a year by sending it to a broker, but I don't think that's the right thing to do.Comment

You could also add the robots "noindex" tag to any of your results pages which match your list of bad keywords, to stop search engines indexing them. It can't look good when the big SERPs for immoral terms consistently point at your site.
Or you could just be greedy.

Be glad there exist tool which helps you FIND your vids on Rapidshare and ask for removal (which Rapidshare will do promptly). 2. removing it from one of them does not change nothing
3. if you would have at least residue of brain you would know that once its removed from Rapidshare it will be automatically removed from all search engines

2. It is VERY EASY to get that "stolen content" removed from Rapidshare.
