    Apple Macs win "most reliable" and "best support"

    October 29, 2007 (Computerworld) -- Apple Inc.'s computers are the most reliable and its support the most dependable of the five top vendors, a national chain of computer service shops said today.

    Macs beat machines built and sold by Lenovo Group Ltd., Hewlett-Packard Co., Gateway Inc. and Dell Inc., according to Rescuecom Corp.'s second annual reliability report. Apple, which took the second spot last year, blew away the competition this year by posting a score of 51% higher than next-best Lenovo.

      hmm, guess the two go hand in hand, if they are the most reliable then most people don't really need customer support so there isn't much wait time and the problems probably aren't that huge because they are so reliable ;)

              This is based on call center calls only. Most people that buy Macs probably aren't going to call into some third party company to get tech support.

              It says right on their wiki page that it is not a scientific study, so it is basically worthless.
