A1R3K - the real answer is that nobody knows for sure if there even is a penalty based on IPs - anyone that tells you different is just spreading rumours or old wives tales (groupspeak)
I can tell you that there are many examples of networks that dont get penalized (blog sites that are on the same class c that all rank quite well - ex. blogspot etc) and many are targetting the same keywordsComment

thanks for the advice linkster. as i get deeper into seo and spend more money and make money on it i get more concerned with these things.Comment
