I don't know too much about the overall product, but I know that it has devestated the family one of my friends. Typical two career, middle class family, together for years, happy, etc, until the husband somehow got in to using this stuff.
He's since been fired from a great job, they are apart, restraining orders, attempts to have him committed, etc.
