Let's just say that if anything goes down, payment processing will follow. Somebody is funding this illegal shit, and it isn't me.
Good luck to all of the cunt bags involved.
Drop CCBill immediately. Show them what's up. They know what is happening. They don't care. Well, at least they will not care until they are forced to show up in a court of law and play fucking dumb.
These threads prove that they know what is happening. Fucking cunts.

btw crybabies, wow, this is something really fucking new, i dont even know if i want to wake up tomorrow, wow, wow, end of the fucking porn world ... fuck
Oron is the worst... We ALL have less money in our pockets thanks to them.
Indeed they are.
It boggles my mind that the processor I've used for almost 10 years is now processing for a site that gives away my content AND blocks my IP after I send them a DMCA to remove it.

There is no Insult level in the adult community anymore.
I would wager that those ORON join forms are seeing 95% form submissions percentages daily.... but I could be wrong
Dear CCbill, just in case you want to play like you don't know what goes on over at Oron.com, THIS is the crap you are processing for now (lolita porn and lolitas having sex with animals - a direct violation of your terms, as well as Visa and Master Card):
I beg you, please drop Oron immediately. I do not want to lose my billing because you get caught up in beast sex and child porn billing problems with Visa and Master Card. And I'm sure I can speak for all of your clients when I say that.
Wow. Well on the bright side at least we know many transactions aren't going through.
I bet if Mr C was still around none of this shit would be happening

This is what I dont get about these threads? Why would you risk your business and not move on right away? I mean if it really upsets you why not act to it?

since its only mastercard processing im guessing they signed up and got approved without anyone noticing who they were. hopefully ccbill will do the right thing and kill their account

It's not that easy. We currently have a CCbill based affiliate system. If it was just a matter of changing them in a cascade, they would have been dropped already. Our organic traffic always goes to another biller, but CCbill handles our affiliates which is still a decent portion of our sales.

I also hope this is the case and they quickly kill the account.
Love them or hate them, CCbill has always been regarded as a honest and solid company. Processing for sites like oron throws that reputation out the window.

Hey im not saying changing billing is easy, and trust me as an affiliate I hate it when programs do it. ;)

Would Mastercard only processing mean that the site wasn't inspected like they normally are for CCBill approval?
I'm not asking sarcastically. I am asking because I don't know.
I was always under the impression that what they approved was gone over with a fine-toothed comb. Recently another thread was discussing a financial domination site that someone planned to use CCBill as a processor for. The screencap showed the girl holding money, and another site owner...DWB maybe?....commented that he'd had that idea kicked to the curb before by CCBill.

I think CCBill is going to do the right thing as well...its hard to move a giant sometimes but enough people can get it done....hopefully all we have to do is wake em up....
Kudos to DWB for shining a light on this

It's No wonder I took up drugs and alcohol, it's the only way I could dumb myself down enough to cope with the morons in this biz.

Because they know you're probably not going anywhere. Or are you?

Yea, it's a pain, but this is the sort of thing that puts a fire under my ass to move faster to have more options.

Yes, they flagged me several times in the past for showing the model being paid at the end of the shoot. They said it was prostitution, which was not allowed. In their world, models work for free. I wish that was true, but my argument was that our model release, and probably yours too, states "in considering for" in regards to them being paid for their work. They said it was a violation of Visa's rules. However, you will find Visa processing for EVERY "teens for cash" type site on the internet. Oh well.
The irony of it all is, those scenes (which are older with the money), I delete from Oron a few times a month, so CCbill is billing for those scenes anyway, only CCbill gets paid, Oron gets paid, but I get fucked on the very content that CCbill said violates their terms.
As some of you may know...CC Bill replied to this situation over on XBiz. It ain't pretty folks:
"Really?
CCBill has always stood up against piracy and maintain high ethics in our business.
But our business is as a high-risk payment processor - that is what we do. And with that, we strictly adhere to all the same legal guidelines that you adhere to and we require our merchants using CCBill to adhere to the same guidelines.
As I have discussed with both Dominic and Peter of PornGuardian, we understand your concerns. If you believe a website using CCBill for processing is violating your copyrighted content, and they are not addressing your concerns, contact our CCBill DMCA agent of record directly, so that we can proceed to notify our Client and address this issue quickly and aggressively.
Fuck it, time to work only on Mainstream going forward. I had a record overall $ month in May 2012 with CCBill but the business as a whole isn't viable when the largest processor is openly processing for the biggest pirates. Don't get me wrong I'll leave my sites up. I have nice search engine ranks and they make money. But there's no sense in building anymore in this industry unless I'm prepared to be a pirate and steal content too.
I'm going to look into moving some of my servers too. I don't think I want to keep supporting CCBill if they do this. I went with them because I trusted them and thought they were a solid company. I wanted to support a good American company rather than go with a cheaper overseas host. Little did I know.

ccbill is a fucking disgrace to this industry. stuck in the 1990s yet they process for shit like this. unreal. adult is dead, glad I saw the writing on the wall years ago and mainstream is now ~80% of my revenue

Time to send CCBill a few thousand DMCA notices and see if they still think this is a good idea.

I had my best month with CCBill ever last month but doing something like this basically cements the fact that the pay site industry is done for. I would be almost retarded to keep putting effort in promoting sponsors as an affiliate when the processor billing the transactions is at the same time billing for the largest pirate sites on the web. I feel even more sorry for the sponsors running pay sites. It's got to suck to pay 15% of each transaction to someone who is billing for the people who are responsible for decimating your business. Even worse is if they start scrubbing YOU harder to cover increased volume for Oron.
