I didn't mention anything about superior. SpaztardTimes found a Daily Fail article that claimed Samsung galaxy was "cooler" based on some flawed research about the number of searches it gets.

What part? The part I said they weren't selling well? Nope. The part where I said most people didn't even use the internet capabilities of them, nor even know where those things are? Nope. The bit about the UI being shit? Nope.

Well of course their time will come. Where do I suggest otherwise?

What reports? Who funded them?

Smart TVs are the TV industry's attempt to sell tellies again. Everyone had CRTs. Then flat screens came out and people that had perfectly fine working TVs replaced them. Then they realised they didn't need a new TV, so the TV companies didn't make as much money the years after flat screens came out. So they invented 3D. That didn't work. So now they have invented Smart TVs. And that hasn't worked out either. It's good they are trying, but to suggest that I am wrong saying they are unpopular and not used is amusing.

I note you have no links to back up anything you say. Very telling.

Of course the internet is going to move into the sitting room. But it won't be with a crap UI and crap service that is simply trying to sell TVs to people that already have them.
