So he can have 5lbs of meat a dozen eggs and 1lb of cheese and not gain any weight? The key is to cut out all sugar then re-add it back in with the milk sugar from unlimited amounts of cheese. Then you should do a cleanse while eating nothing but honey and green tea leaves while balancing on a ball and reciting the alphabet backwards. Worst advice in this thread ever.
