Ask them where the traffic was sent that was bought and you should be able to track down who used your epass acct. Also, if you have not already, change your password.

why cry about others protections when there is only one best solution: strong at least 10 chars password! if you have password "mummy" or "password", no protection can solve your fault ;) forget about 250, change passwords where its needed and lets go back to work!

Someone used their virtual visa number to send substar7 money for traffic.
She did not order such traffic.
Epass says take it up with substar7
substar7 says fuck you, you bought traffic, your a russian cheater.

Obviously someone got into her account and bought some traffic and had it sent somewhere, or substar7 is in on a hacking scam and using his own merchant account to cash out stolen epassporte funds.

Also substar7 told epassporte they spoke about everything on the phone to finalize the deal. Strikes me as odd for that step, seems suspicious to me. Curious how many other odd deals ended up at substar7's account. Then again there is the full possibility that substar7 did talk to someone and did send the traffic somewhere and the poster did also get ripped off.

Marsh I would ask substar7 for two things.
1. Where did they send the traffic?
2. What phone number do they have for the buyer?

Lastly, fuck people ease off the broken English. Hell I really respect a lot of people here who post here often and English is their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th language. Hell I only know some broken Spanish and a tiny bit of Duetch.

I think she was saying that epass gave her a 7-8 letter one, she changed it to a much longer one. Also that she has checked her PC for issues.

Again the damn issue is that your only epass security is a password. They could easily and cheeply make it more secure but they choose not to. How much was stolen is not relevant, for some 250 can be a months income. Also do you see anyone saying it was an epassporte database hack?

The issue is that it happens way to fucking often to too damn many people. Some that I know personally and use passwords like h*69%#7Z and crap like that, plus they never duplicate passwords anywhere.

Can people just not come to grips that epassporte has super lax security, does not take it even with a grain of salt, and that any money you have in there is fair game to be gone at any moment. It has as much security as leaving your bankroll sitting on your dashboard of your locked car.

hello man. you are right, nobody said about database hack, but it is imho the only way how to get account passwords from epass. i do not talk about scammers links from emails etc, but if that happens to many people it mean some other database was hacked. you know, last time people was talking about traffichangar database and it was boom ... but i reported last half year four other holes, much dangerous than this one. hackers are everywhere and the only way is to have unique password everywhere where is security needed and never ever write the pass anywhere. as far i know there is only one https bruteforce in public and epass is blocking account after three unsuccesfull tries if i am right, so its safe enough if your passwords are secure
