just eat a normal healthy diet, low in sugar + fat... don't believe the "low carb" hype...
start walking 15 mins EVERY DAY, slowly increase the time to 30 mins, once you can walk 30 mins without a sweat, start jogging, jog for 15 seconds, walk for 1:45 mins, repeat, for 30 mins.. .etc... slowly increase the pace till you can jog 30 mins...
for best results do some weight training too, get a barbell + bench + some weights, and do some compound exercises every other day...
