There are many theories as to what works
1) watch your carb
2) crunches and walks
3) wrap your mid section with garbage bag to increase sweating and burning off
4) eat salads - stop snacks
5) eat what you can hold in your hand only
6) there are natural pills to increase your body's way to burn
7) flush - ya - they make you poop all the time to rid excess
8) swim as much as possible
there are many out there but don't starve yourself as your body will start storing food but best to check with doctor or dietician
