We recently acquired nearly 700 TGP / MGP sites in around 20 niches. The previous owner wanted out of the adult biz and we were in the right place at the right time. We got the sites at a pretty good price but they need a lot of work to be maximized to their full potential. This will take time, money and expertise.
We have the expertise and are prepared to invest our time, but the money is in short supply.
My partner is a Adult Biz SEO expert and we will make a major effort to pump up the rankings of several of these sites in the coming months, diving significant amounts of traffic to them.

In response to a question whether or not the sites were generating income, I replied on the original thread:
Yes, indeed they are generating a steady income now. However, the previous owner had neglected the sites for many months and even when he was tending them, he missed many opportunities to monetize them properly.
The sites are generating a paltry $3,000 - $5,000 monthly at the present time. Under the terms of the deal, the previous owner gets the payments until December 1.
One example of how the sites were not run efficiently: They are coded in such a way so that they are largely invisible to the search engines. This greatly inhibits the financial prospects of the sites until they are re-coded.
Other examples of how they were under-utilized abound
