I would recommend you to visit a dietologist who will make you a good eating plan according to your current weight. I visited a dietologist at my current fitness club, they made me a diet plan + exercise plan for 21 day. After first week I lost 3kg, after second another 3kg more. I went to gym 5 days per week. Last week I also started running, damn, it was hard from the very beginning, I couldn't run even 10 minutes. I found this plan Couch to 5k, c25k.com which combined running and walking. So I do running according to it now
