Well i make money from teach people how to deal with piracy, not from making money from piracy. That business is now on auto pilot. The process won't have to change until the laws change.
I could make money from piracy, the stuff i learned during my test could just as easily be used to throw up more road blocks against copyright holders who are not fair use friendly.
For example in this case (instead of asking for $50 /takedown) i could teach foreign piracy sites to add the following auto responder on the DMCA email address
