It's rare. Hell, even in third world countries, dialup has taken a back seat to DSL in the metro areas.
There's three reasons left in the US for dialup:- You're in the middle of fucking nowhere.
- You're a cheap bastard who just uses NetZero for the free 10 hours a month, and won't buy anything, anyhow.
- Your computer was made before the war.
