You might mix this up with Payoneer. Payoneer gots payed by some sponsors for you.

i had only one problem with paxum, and this was when buying a script, didnt work, but the mastercard for ATM is good

My personal problem with Paxum is the denied fee (like one I tried to pay with a vendor which was classified incorrectly as gambling related and I was charged 3 times .5$ fee, plus once I misstyped my CVV, another .5$) and the POS transaction fee of 1$, making small payments very costy.
