As for his address, I doubt it's hard to find. Ask one of your friends who owns a program he's an affiliate of. Check his whois info. You're willing to dish out all this money but not take a couple hours to find something that is fairly easy to acquire. A private investigator would maybe charge you $500 for this information (a lot less than the $5000 you are offering).Comment

Just wondering, whats your thought of Frank than? I mean, I have dealt with Nina and Simon few times and never had problems. All Franck has done is harass them with baseless accusations. First time I bought content from Nina I was a bit concerned just because he kept bashing them. That was right after Tracy Content fiasco where I got royally fucked for 600 bucks. I did go ahead and paid her and she had everything uploaded on mys erver with in hours. No problems what so ever. .. Yet Frank kept coming on her over and over again. If I was her husband I would be pissed too. Mega pissed. I never met Franck, and I don’t care if I ever will, but he does appear to be real pussy. At least he could have said something here..Comment

I don't really think of Franck, to be honest. He seems to like drama a bit much, and gets obsessed with his pet causes and dislikes, but I've never known him to lie outright - or be intimidated into shutting up, for that matter.
Basically, if he's criticizing their business, there's probably a reason for that - although not necessarily that they are scammers. Franck tends to take small things over the top as well as large things, and since I haven't followed this particular bit of drama, I have no idea what it's all about.
The striking thing about this whole situation is that simon is hurting his own business more than Franck ever could. I'm pretty sure quite a few people will think twice before doing business with someone who seems to be rather immature and out of control.
After all, even if neither party has bad intentions, screw-ups and misunderstandings can always occur, and simon doesn't seem particularly likely to solve them in a professional, mature manner.
Oh, and no - I don't think Franck is a pussy, at least with regards to this case. Like most drama-prone people on this board, I've seen him get plenty of threats, and have never seem him back down because of them - again, like most drama-prone people on the board./(bb|[^b]{2})/Comment

It doesn't matter what's going on. What matters is your reaction to it.
Imagine a corporate meeting. Two execs get into an argument, and suddenly one of them jumps onto the table and, with a red face and foam at the mouth, starts shouting at the other, saying he'll kick the shit out of him after work.
That sounds rather silly, right? Well, that guy is you.
If you take offense to something Franck says or does, you can confront him a mature way, or just ignore him. Either way, you won't make a complete ass out of yourself.
Saying you want to meet him to beat him up, however, has no positive effects whatsoever. It does make you look like an ass, and solves nothing at all. Even if you are a much better fighter than he is, who cares? It has no relevance whatsoever. None.
By challenging Franck to a duel of sorts, you aren't exposing him - you're exposing yourself. Even if you were to prove beyond a doubt that you could kick his ass, nobody would care about that. This isn't high school. Physical strength is utterly unimportant.
If you want to "out" Franck, make an elaborate thread pointing out what isn't true about the things he's saying. Don't try and be a keyboard warrior, nobody's impressed by that./(bb|[^b]{2})/Comment

You hit the nail on the head. It's just like fighting in high school. Only, this isn't high school, Franck isn't a bully intimidating people with threats of physical violence, and there is no ass to be saved.
Past a certain age - 16 or so - calling people out on their willingness to fight just doesn't work anymore. If someone "challenges" you to a fight, the appropriate response is usually questioning their sanity and mocking them, not actually fighting them.
For adults, the only possible thing a fight can bring is some time in jail. It's dumb, and not wanting to participate in something doesn't really show what someone's "made out of", it just shows that the person is sensible.
As for backing down... this would be Franck backing down:
Franck: "You're a scammer."
simon: "I'm going to kick your ass!"
Franck: "Now I'm scared
Sorry about what I said, I didn't mean it."

Actually, plenty of people know who Franck is. He's the guy with the big forehead, and he's definitely been to conventions and industry meets.
What I would do is quite simple: Make an elaborate post proving what he's saying is bullshit, reply to anything he says in that thread, and ignore him from then on. The lack of attention alone would probably be enough to make him stop. If not, put a link to the thread debunking his claims in your sig.

It worked, we made 1 million in sales in year 1 paying out over 300-400k in affiliate payout... now this definately caused a fucking ripple in the waves, no doubt and all of a sudden I had EVER SOLO girl company fucking with me. I launched over 30 girls in 1 year and I posted every time I launched a new girl which in FRANCK's eyes made me a spammer...then slowly spammer, became scammer and saying I didn't have 2257 and shit like that... I brushed it off, because we've been able to constantly make money off GFY for 3 years ( a staggering amount)* So I ignored him, just back and forth..but no big deal
..Now I'm not claiming to be an angel..I've pissed off some folks and some deals have gone sour and some deals are still left open...so no business is perfect..but I have made some big deals and big business on this board in my short time and even when my wife nina takes over he will fuck with her and it's just old for me and I'm willing to break this mutha fuckas neck and I don't care if anyone ever spends another dime with my content..it doesn't matter anymore... Physical violence is not a solution, but I agree to one thing .. If you talk shit about someone, you should be ready and must be able to face the next level. Which can be anything, a ban on some forums, a lawsuit (in extreme situations?), or simply a street fight. Its just like a dog-talk with the neighbor, which can develop to anything.
