In this last PR update Google has downgraded 100&#37; of websites PR that got updated, or left the PR the same. There have been no PR gains for any well-established website.

                                                                                                              There are those PR gains from newer sites that had 0 pr or a PR of 1 or 2 and rose a little, but most (actual all) sites with high PR stayed the same or went down
