They should e-mail or contact webmaster with a proof and then ban it forever. Else, send a warning or whatever... I see many sponsors are using so fucking baby-face girls and nothing happened. For me they look like CP but I am sure they all have 2257. So Google is not banning them. That's the way it should be done with those websites. If they can't approve that suspicious content is not CP then ban if yes then they are safe...
