I've visited a few of them. I will say that Nicaragua was one of the best vacations that I've ever taken. We spent 18 days, rented a car for 10 of those. Went deep sea fishing multiple times, horseback riding in the mountains, surfing, ziplines in the jungle, visited active volcanos, bat caves, flew to the corn islands for a week, snorkel and scuba dive et. etc. and we spent $3,500 total including our flights.
