I'm in the final stages of selecting a CRM to use for
Lead Wrench and have narrowed it down to
Highrise from 37Signals and
Base from Future Simple.
They each have strengths and weaknesses, but they both have very simple user interfaces.
My use for a CRM is more for tracking deals with customers and partners (Very similar to how an affiliate program will track finding new affiliates and making sure they send traffic), and not so much a cut and dry sales process.
I'm interested in feedback on either, and different companies might setup the system for their own uses.
