Just sharing my 2c experience with Amerinoc:
in years as their customers, first virtual then dedicated, their ticket response time has always been excellent (even for VERY low prio tickets, I think I have never waited more than half an hour).
I always found competent people on the other side, always willing to go the extra mile to help. This was true also at the time when our monthly package/fee was really very small.
Over time, it certainly happened a few times that they had glitches. But they were always prompt to admit it, and fast to fix them.
I wish there were more companies like this.
