i head that on npr the other day and thought it was very clever and said a lot in a very simple statement

in a communist state you have to make the people feel like they are entitled and making the decisions

I like NPR...especially when I'm driving across country...good discussions...or when they have someone reading a story etc...really keeps me entertained.
