well, what I thought was interesting about it was how cooperatove the xhamster owners and staff were to help the cops with the case.
xhamster is usually listed with the hardcase tubes, the ones that can't be sued, or at least are copyright lawsuit resistant.
thats why people like boneprone get targeted for embedding - boneprone is suable, even tho arguably judgement proof, but a tube like xhamster is harder to sue because of it's offshored and non-US owned nature.
isn't that the common understanding, that xhamster is one of the hardcases?
