Innovators in the porn industry...

How many of you have come up with a successful innovation, novelty or uniquely new approach in the adult industry?

As opposed to simply regurgitating and rehashing the same old bag of tricks and tired gimmicks.

Just curious how many original and creative thinkers are out there...and what the ratio is to lemmings.

The team at Mayor's Money has come up with a lot of innovative ideas.

As for myself.....I have innovative concepts but lack the ability to execute them 100% on my own. Unfortunately, the people I have run my ideas by seem to be stuck in an "analog" frame of mind when I want to deal in a "digital" world.....So to speak.

Sooner or later, somebody is going to bring my ideas to fruition...They always do. The question is will it be me or will somebody else beat me to the marketplace?

Interesting.

What is the "lack of ability"? Finances? Time?

I started the thread mostly from curiosity of how many people have pulled the proverbial rabbit from the hat on numerous occasions with innovations, or how many consider themselves one-trick ponies.

We started our flagship website back in '99 with a fairly unique concept with the type of content we offered - but since then haven't quite found the next hot novelty to exploit.

I was curious what sort of track record others have had over the years.
