Has anyone used any on surgical scars etc? Right now im using some Vitamin E type cream & it's working decently I cab see the scar fading a bit, but I was just wondering if anyone knows of any specific cream that is really good?

Can not remember the name but there is one vitamin E rich lotion designed for medical usage primarly in burn centers. -
I get shots from my dermatologist. It cost $75 bucks a shot and work for about 6 months. I don't remember what the crap is, but I have like some big scars on my shoulders and one on my chest. It bruises them for a bit but then in 1-2 weeks they almost disapear completely. Bad thing is you have to go get new shots in about a year after they start to appear again. Its more for scares that are raised up though.Comment

also, try retinol. it's a steroid-cream that encourages faster cell re-growth. but i don't know about putting it on surgical scars...might want to consult your dr firstComment

My plastic surgeon recommends a cream called ScarZone.
There's also a new product I've been thinking of trying called Kelocote.
