      I've been with them for several year, have a vps that has been running great, support is fabulous.

                  Anything special, support ticket system with a reasonable response time (<30 mins) is fine.

                                          I got a cheap VPS for email and sites w/ no traffic. CPanel. Never noticed any down time. Never contacted their support so dunno about that. Been working great so far. Had the same VPS for 2+ years now.
