short nice beach. at the beach is a short brasilan dance-pub. if you went out without a bazilian chick, you are maybe..(??WHAT??)..i dont know how to call, because its impossible to went out without a "living pillow" ...

CASCAIS is the most expensive area near/around lisbon... best beach near lisbon is carcavelos (long great beach and surf pleasure too) or (more) for surfers GUINCHO.
+./. 1 hour away from lisbon is ERICEIRA TOPTOPTOP for surfers... but if you like to surf, relaxe and get a nice hot chick, visit CARCAVELOS

Lisbon its kinda cheap for all u guys.

You guys should look also for Cascais and Sintra, that is 30min away from Lisbon.
