TheRealMe.com & TRMCash.com is looking for a programmer FAMILIAR with the adult industry & affilaite marketing.
We need someone that has experience in creating promotional tools for subscrpition based websites.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the adult industry & strong skills in cross browser compatible front end web programming, php & mysql.
We're looking at integrating things such as
Blogs with RSS / XML feeds
Free hosted galleries + generator
Banner management
Free sites
Geo targeted utilities
Custom consoles
& more more more (we want your input as well)
WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A ROBOT, WE WANT THE PROGRAMMER TO BE INVOLVED & SPEAR HEAD THINGS WITH HIS OWN THOUGHTS, ETC. WE DO NOT WANT TO SIT HERE & WRITE SPECS FOR EACH TINY REQUIREMENT WHICH IS WHY INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!
The ideal candidate must also be willing to manage these utilities as well as update them after they are created. This could involve coordinating with designers, writers, etc.
The job can be done from home IF you are reliable. If you say you can deliver something by X date & don't then you'll probably get canned.
Excuses will not to be accepted. We don't care who died, if your internet is out, your hard drive failed, your cat pissed on the keyboard or anything like that.
True professionals make things happen regardless of bumps in the road & that is what we're looking for.
