$600 spread out across four weeks even in Cambodia isn't much. That's only
$21 per day. You still have to eat, so assuming you eat three meals a day, unless you are fishing out of the river and cooking it yourself, or eating at the cheapest locals street stalls on the side of the road, you'll blow through that $21 in food alone, and probably then some. This does not even take into consideration any transportation getting around the city, any entertainment, any beverages, or in the case of Cambodia, women and/or weed. Oh, and that doesn't account for however much you'll have to spend for visa costs to remain in the country long term, and heaven help you if you get sick and need medical attention.
So what can you really do on $21 a day besides simply stay alive and keep a roof over your head? Not much.
